What Our Privacy Policy Covers

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. SoBo Worldwide collects personal information when you register, when you use our products or services, or when you visit our pages. When joining SoBo Worldwide International you are required to enter a name, email address, and username. This basic information is collected so that we can provide you with our services. Once registered and signed into our services, this information is available to us.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Information Sharing

Some content at SoBo Worldwide International is public and is immediately visible and searchable by anyone in the world. Questions, blog posts, training, or comments may be indexed in search engines.

Information that you enter as your name, username, and image may be shared within the SoBo Worldwide International community. For example, if you choose to upload an image of yourself, this image will be displayed within your profile and alongside blog posts, questions, comments or other areas in the system.

We engage service providers to perform functions and provide services for us. For example, we use a variety of third-party services to help operate our services, such as keyword research, hosting and domain registrations, and to help us understand the use of our services. We will not share your private personal data with such service providers.
